Chicken Tikka Puff Pastry (Air Fryer)
Flaky ready-made puff pastry filled with creamy spiced chicken tikka and three cheeses, air fried until golden, crispy and perfectly puffed.

Ingredients
Filling
- 1 boiled chicken breast, shredded
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp chicken tikka paste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Mozzarella, grated
- Mild cheddar, grated
Assembly
- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk, for brushing
- Sesame seeds, to top
Method

Mix the shredded chicken with the onion, mayonnaise and chicken tikka paste.

Season with salt, paprika and dried coriander, then fold in the cheddar, mozzarella and mild cheddar.

Spread the filling over the puff pastry and wrap it tightly.

Cut into portions, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Air fry until golden, crispy and perfectly puffed, about 12–15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Tips
- Seal the pastry edges well so the cheesy filling stays inside while it puffs.
