Ingredients
Garlic bread
- 1 large garlic bread loaf
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp buffalo sauce (plus extra for cooking the chicken)
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup grated Red Leicester cheddar
- ½ cup grated mild cheddar
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella
Buffalo ranch dip
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp fresh or dried dill
Method

Cook the sliced chicken with a splash of buffalo sauce until coated and heated through.

Mix the chicken with mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, chopped onion and minced garlic.

Top the garlic bread with the buffalo chicken mixture and all three cheeses.

Bake until the cheese is melted, bubbling and golden and the bread is crisp.

Whisk the dip ingredients together and serve alongside.
